Women are the real superheroes. Gwyneth and Hale Berry are friends of ours, but also many professionals who are struggling to make it in our industry. I’m an intermediary. My wife lives for cinema, but it’s amazing how she chose to put everything aside to have our first baby. I was a child in a particular era: there was drug, there was sexual freedom. My father lived all of this, and I lived it with him: I have always loved him.
Last year, when Exton was born, I said to myself : never ask too many questions, never give too many answers. With my oldest son I managed to recover a bond: with the little I will be more present and mindful.
Our world doesn’t need Iron Man. It needs grants and daily aids. I have no objection if my character can make people dream, or make feel them stronger. But we must not forget the responsibility that we all have. As a father, I say this to parents; as Susan’s husband, I think about other couples.
As a male I say: we have to help women to show their full strength. Because only they can give the right power to that superhero who they dared to daydream in their companion …"
